In addition to the 12 awards SDFF has already earned —  including Best Beach Fest, Best Party Fest, Best Regional Film Fest and a coveted spot as one of the country’s Top 10 Film Festival Vacations — SDFF was just selected by MovieMaker Magazine (the nation’s leading magazine on the art and business of making movies) as one of the &lt;b&gt;Top 25 Festivals Worth Your Entry Fee&lt;/b&gt;!  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And MovieMaker Magazine isn’t the only national media outlet taking notice! SDFF has also recently been recently featured in Star Magazine, GQ and Premiere, in addition to the Independent Film Channel, which showcased the Heineken Red Star Award handed out at SDFF.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Themed “Jeans and Jewels,” the fashionable crowd sipped on Peroni, snacked on food from Arterra’s award-winning kitchen and won fabulous raffle prizes.
